Atlas Network is facing slowness and packet drops, Techs are working on it, last update from Atlas:
"One of our upstream providers has confirmed a service disruption affecting the Seattle area. The fault originates with one of their vendors, on infrastructure outside their's and our own network, which is causing the packet loss and IPv6 issues. They have escalated to the vendor but no restoration time has been given yet. We will update you as soon as we hear more."
