Houston Location is down. ISP identified a Faulty switch outside their facility affecting the network. They are aiming for a temporary fix today, but a permanent one is expected by next Monday as this is when they will receive and install the new juniper switch,
ISP advised that they received and installed the new card today, all servers are back up. will keep it under monitor.
ISP is flying an experienced Tech to configure the new hardware as tech on site faced some challenges during setup, we are expecting resolution by tomorrow.
ISP received the new Switch and promised that tomorrow servers will be up again
